An edited version of the conversation held by some of the members of the journal's editorial committee with Paula Vial Reynal, professor at the UC Faculty of Law, and Mauricio Fernández Montalbán, director of the Specialized Unit in Economic Crimes, Environmental, Cybercrimes and Money Laundering of the National Prosecutor's Office is presented. The conversation took place on November 9, 2023, at the UC Master's LLM premises.
