The following is an edited version of the conversation held by some of the members of the editorial team of the journal with Leslie Ayala, lecturer at the School of Journalism of the Universidad de Santiago de Chile and coordinator of the Judicial section of the newspaper La Tercera; Antonio Leiva, professor of LLM UC program; and Pablo Contreras, academic of the area of Public Law of the Universidad Central. The conversation took place on May 15, 2024, in the offices of the LLM UC.
